High Performance Coolers LLC are the sole North American agent for Icey-Tek, offering the largest range premium rotomolded cooler sizes and colors. In addition High Performance Coolers sell select accessory and compatible products.

Our goal is to make each and every sales experience with our company the best experience possible but sometimes there are difficulties. By publishing the following policy we protect both the Customer and High Performance Coolers LLC.

 Ordering, Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy:

Customers ordering from the www.hpcoolers.com websiteare responsible for verifying their order details are correct, these include product style, size, color and price. These details are all clearly shown prior to checkout and final order. No refund claims shall be accepted due to customer error without the prior consent of High Performance Coolers LLC.

All Flat Rate shipping rates are for the lower contiguous 48 states of the USA only. Ice coolers/chests are bulky items and shipping is charged by dimensional weight.

Subject to the item ordered being available from inventory we will ship the item within 48 business hours following receipt of order. All orders will be confirmed as appropriate.

Should a customer wish to return a cooler or other item for any reason other than a manufacturing defect the customer must contact High Performance Coolers LLC to agree return shipping method. Customer will be required to pay actual outbound and return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. After these deductions the refund balance will be made either by company check or credit card refund within 28 days of satisfactory return of goods.

Any local duties, tariffs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer at point of delivery. We can ship to addresses throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean subject to agree shipping rates for delivery addresses outside the lower 48 contiguous states of the USA.

If you receive an item that has clearly been damaged in shipment please report the damage to the delivery company, for example UPS or Fed Ex, and contact High Performance Coolers with the details within 24 hours of delivery.
